Develop a template for full sized dvd cases--inserts

I make DVD home movies. It would be useful if you were to develop an insert
for full sized DVD cases for Microsoft Publisher

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe that Publisher any version has
DVD case sleeves. However, it would be easy to make!
