dglxasset.aspx????

When I download clips, or access the Web Collections in Clip Organiser,
everything is listed as dglxasset.aspx. I can right-click on one of these
and choose Preview/properties, then I can see it. But I want to see all the
thumbnails. How do I make this work?

It will work if you empty your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

I have deleted my browser history about 40 times. Sometimes it works and I can insert one of two clipart before this problem occurs again. Sometimes it doesn't. I've cleared the cache manually in windows explorer, through internet tools options and system tool disk cleanup. This is making me REALLY mad!! Any help appreciated.
