Dialing from Excel

Is there a string that allows me to dial by clicking on a hyperlink in Excel?

Is there a canned VB program (I am not a VB programmer) that will plug into
Excel that will allow me to do this?

Either or both.

Have both IP Telephony access as well as standard phone access.
