What is the difference between the [Microsoft.public.outlook.general]
newsgroup and the [Microsoft.public.outlook] newsgroup?

I would like to avoid cross-posting, hence the question!

What is the difference between the [Microsoft.public.outlook.general]

newsgroup and the [Microsoft.public.outlook] newsgroup?

Both are for general Outlook questions. Looks like someone created a newsgroup
when one shouldn't have been created.
