digital signature of section

I have a form that has a section. In the section I have a repeating
table and some other fields. The section is enabled to be signed. I
can sign the section and submit the form. However when I open the
form all the fields are locked except for the repeating table. Any
idea why not? And how can I lock it?

In the digital signature properties of the section i noticed the box
next to "When signed, make controls read only" was partially check.
So I clicked on it twice until I saw an official check. Next time I
tested it it work fine.
