digital signatures

We are using Project Pro 2003 connecting to a Project Server. Need to have
the ability to use digital signatures for the project files, but cannot see
how it is done. Accoring to MS site, it is under tools/options/security, but
it is not. How can we enable digital signing of files for Project 2003?
