Disable adding a new task in MSP

Hi,

I have a query.
I have say 10 tasks in my microsoft project.User canmake changes to any of
these tasks. However, I would want to disable the ability to add a new task
here.Could anyone please let me know if there is an option how we can do this?

Project does not have that capability. I imagine it could be done with a
VBA macro, if you have someone who knows how.
