Several ways, depending on how ineffective you want to be. Simplest --
- Remove the options from the menu.
- Write macros to intercept the commands
- Reassign the shortcut keys
But seriously, it's not worth doing. You'll confuse and upset your ordinary
users, while experienced users will by-pass your security on principle.
