I am using Project 2003 Professional and Proj 2003 Server and have implemented the default administrative project.
I have assigned all resources to each of the tasks in the administrative project with 0%.
People have started filling out their timesheets and charging hours against the administrative project. The problem I am having is that every time I update the project file and save it everybody gets an e-mail that task assignments have changed. I would like to diable e-mail notifications of task changes for this administrative project only, but I have only found that each resource can set e-mail options for all projects they are assigned to, not on a project by project basis.
Is there any way to avoid that e-mail is being sent every time the project data is updated
