Disable OutlookXP send and receive at startup

Dear reader,

I wish somebody would render me his/her kind assistance into how t
disable Outlook XP Send & Receive at startup?(You can easily disabl
this in Outlook Express). I find it annoying at startup and beside
don't want to download my messages before I view them with anothe
program which is able to delete them at server's mail box.

Also how do we uncheck saving mail in server?( And again one can easil
configure this feature in Outlook Express)

You need to provide more information for us to answer. What information
store (Exchange mailbox or local PST file?)
What connection type?

Dumbfounded me, I found the answer.

1) File > Click Offline
2) Tools > Emails Account> > > More Setting > Advance
