im making a presentation that will be used in schools and it contains macros,
everytime the user opens the presentation a warning comes up saying 'this
presentation contains macros' and they have to click on enable all macros.
Is there a way of stoopping this message from popping up and making the
presentation always have macros enabled?

Select "Tools" | "Macro" | "Security..." menu item, select "Low" choice on
the "Security Level" tab, click OK. Restart PowerPoint. Now you won't get
the macro warning when you open presentations with macros in it. Make sure
that you read the warning associated with the "Low" choice, though.
