Disappearing Email

My partner is losing email content intermittently.

An email will appear in her inbox. When she clicks to open... the content is
not visible. When she closes the email... it is somehow moved to her deleted
email folder. When she tries to open it from the deleted folder... she still
cannot see any content.

At the suggestion of another person we removed an Outlook security update -
(see KB9204085). That solved the problem... but it came back after the
security update got reinstalled via her auto update process.

I can uninstall it again... but hesitate to do so as I don't know how
critical this update is/was.

By the way… we’re both running Win XP Pro and Office 2003 on relative new
Dell desktop machines. My setup is virtually identical to hers (I have more
software installed than she does) but I haven’t experienced the same issue.

Any suggestions?
