Discussion folders view

I can access an outlook folder at another school which has
a "discussion" format. The current view for that folder
is "TF Messages by Conversation"; several other TF Message
views are also available for that folder.

These views are not available for folders that I set up
for my school. How do I make them available, or select
them for my folders?

Any help appreciated.
