Disgruntled Microsoft user

I am so unhappy with Microsoft because they offer no
support and it's impossible to make contact with anyone.
I have problems with a couple of my MS programs and
can't find an answer in their so-called "help" web site.
I've noticed some of you feel the same so I had to add my
2 cents worth.

I am using MS XP and Publisher 2002. Have been using them since they
became available. I use them for our club newsletter. I was using it
today and there used to be page numbers on the bottom of all pages so
you could go to any page you wanted to. I must have erased them somehow
and now they don't show up when I open my newsletter file. I can still
get to the pages using the go to page command but it was much simpler
just clicking on the page number. How can I return the page numbers on
the bottom again? Thanks in advance.

Again, thanks Don. I sent you a message just a few
minutes ago. I did, in prior messages, state my problems
with Publisher 2002 and Microsoft Outlook, (the calendar,
not Outlook Express).

Myrna, thank you. You've answered my question and solved
my problem. I know now that the calendar will not pop up
with alerts unless I have opened it, then minimized it.
I was expecting it to work without being opened/minimized
like another that I once had. Thanks for your expertise.
I thought I was doing something wrong.
