What language version of Windows/Office are you using? Have you enabled alternate languages?

I am using XP Professional and Office 2003 Professional, all updates done....
The messages that I receive are displayed correct with cyrillic fonts, but,
the name listed in the 'From' column is not displayed just question marks
'??????'
and as well the same happens if I want to save it in the address book.
I have enabled alternate languages and keyboard, didn't help...I missing
something...
Thank you.

You need to run Outlook 2003 in Unicode mode. For details see

Hello!
How to display cyrillic fonts in address book and as well in 'from' or 'sent'
fields in microsoft outlook (simultaneously with latin) ?

In such parts as "From" and "Address Book", MS Outlook works only with
System Code Page texts (ANSI code page in MS terminology). That is, if
system code page of your Windows is "Western, 1252", then you can not
see Cyrillic in such parts. Earlier MS Outlook versions - 2000 and 2002
- did the same thing even for Subject line.

(Forcing Outlook to work in Unicode mode rather than in ANSI mode
should solve that problem of your, BUT iyou can not do it on your
client side, it's server-side change - only Admin ca do it)

If you don't deal with accented Western European letters (German,
French, Italian, Spanish, et al) then you can make Cyrillic your System
Code Page and your problem will go away...

You may want to try to do that temporarily to see that it's really goes
away.

Under XP/2003 system code page can be changed this way:
