How can I show a message after user click submit button
and plus the message should display on of the filed base
one the user entry value.

where should i use MsgBox before save the record or
before save the record.

I am new with this, please help

You can add it in the "form before update" event or "on click" event on the submit butto

Msgbox NameofTextBox & "any messages you want here
