Display message headers?

I know this is easy, but I just can't find how to turn this on >:-(

I get an overwhemling amount of spam through an address I have
forwarded to my ISP account, Verizon. I would like to send spam to
Verizon spam folks so they can maybe see what I get, but they want me
to display full headers, how do I turn this on? Can I set a button to
toggle this on and off, because I don't need to se full headers on all
my mail?

Thanks :)

If you just Forward the individual email without changing subject or adding anything at all, Verizon will be able to view the full headers. Note: To see the full header yourself, go to View, Options on the menu in the email message. You can edit the message, copy the full header and add it to the email to save for your own use or send to your email provider. Spam is not really Verizon's fault, however, especially if you're forwarding email from another account. Use Outlook to set up junk mail handling. Outlook 2003 does a decent job of this. Or change your forwarding options. Dump the offending email address and set up another one--or not.
