Displaying Amount of people needed per hours for tasks

I have several tasks inputted with there hours and this is displayed on
resourse graph but i am trying to show these hours broken down to how many
people it will take to complete these hours per quarter on the graph anyone
have and ideas please help,all i have gotten so far is go to this website and
look but without success
