displaying formulas in Mac Excel

I'm new to Mac's version of Excel, and can't seem to find the place on the spreadsheet where I can find the formula (or whatever is entered) for the cell that I'm working in (in PC Excel, it's always on the top left above the worksheet). Can you tell me either where it is, or how I can display it somewhere?

By default, the Formula Bar is displayed at the top of the screen,
though it can be repositioned. Choose View/Formula Bar if it's not
visible.
