Displaying the Animated PowerPoint Slides in a PDF

Hi, I have some PDF files from microsoft and within them it has animated
powerpoint slides integrated into the PDF. When i move the page up and down
(hence causeing delay in refreshing the page) I can see that there are
graphics behind the default graphics in the pdf document.

My question is how does one display these slides/animations?

Any help most appreciated.
