Distributing Visio Solutions Best Practices

I have been struggling to find information on the best ways to distribute a visio 2003 solution.
What is the correct location to place stencils/templates/addins? Is it ok to place them in "\Visio11\1033\"?
If you want to put them in another dir, how can you configure the msi publish component table to point to the files.
If anyone has any ideas? Please help?

I suggest that you download the Visio 2003 SDK and look at the Publishing
Tool.
