Distribution List

A user is having problems sharing a D-List with others. We are on different
Outlook versions (she is on 2002), so I do not see the actual problem. She
says she does not have the Insert - Item option in a new mail message so she
is forwarding a vCard of the DL from the contact card. But when the others
receive it, it's coming over a text. Can she send a DL as an attachment
without following Insert - Item from the email?

All Outlook versions have an Insert Item command.
Just keep looking. Sometimes it is the Paper clip icon.
The message format also needs to be RTF for this to work.
