Distro Lists

Is there a way to create a "Do you want to proceed" Prompt when sending to
distro lists?

The reason I ask is we use them frequently at my company, and it would be
easy to get just a few letters wrong and send an email to thousands of the
wrong people!!!

The problem with those sort of prompts is that 99 times out a hundred, you
DO want to proceed, so human nature means that you will soon click the Yes
button without thought. What is needed is something a bit more intelligent,
that learns which distribution lists a person commonly uses, then jumps in
when they do something out of the ordinary. Sorry, I doubt there is any
existing software which will do this for you.
