document doesn't wysiwyg in preview or on screen

WHen working in Word, the formatting of a specific
document does not always appear on screen or in preview
the way it appears on the printer. Items that are bold
for example, may print bold, but not appear Bold on the
screen or in preview. ANy ideas?

Increase the Zoom size of the document when you are in Print Preview. You
are probably viewing it a low percentage
