I have upgraded from office 2000 to office 2003. In Word 2003 there is now no facility for viewing documents by date order. Is it likely to be rectified in the near future? Does anyone else have the same problem?

Answered in one of your previous posts. Please do not multipost. In this instance, it's the operator that needs rectifying, not Word.

I have just found your earlier answer which does not solve my problem. Trying going into word and carrying out your own instructions. See what happens.

His instructions work perfectly well. If you already have the Date header
displayed in Details view, you just need to click on it. Or you can
right-click in an empty area of the window and choose Arrange Icons | By
Date.
