document lost original template

I have 2 users using the same networked template. When one
uses it the new document loses the atachment to the
template and attaches Normal.dot to it. Both access rights
appear to be the same, is it possibly a local word setting
causing one to work and not the other?? Please help

Thanks for your reply but I'm afraid I was inadvertantly
wasting your time. It was a case of operator error. The
user was running an old version of the template with the
same name but without the appropriate VBA code. Sorry! but
this may be useful for future users.
