"Document Name or Path not valid"

WD2002: "The Document Name or Path Is Not Valid" Error
Message When You Open a Document

The KB article is #328100

Microsoft cant seem to help me on this one.

I get this message on some emails - I have narrowed it
down to some emails with logos in them.

Has anyone seen this b4?
