Can anyone tell me if I can change the fields requested
on the Summary Tab of the Document Properties?

You can add custom fields on the Custom tab, but you cannot edit the
built-in ones.

Hi Marc,

No you can't change those fields. You could however create your own custom
dialog (userform) to gather the information that you require and save it
either as a document variable or a custom document property.
