I need to capture the revision history (date/time revised, user ID) for each
time a form is submitted.
I have created an InfoPath form that captures data through a SharePoint
interface. Once subitted, it passes through to a view where it waits for a
manager to approve the content. These individuals open and submit the form
multiple times until the content is finally approved.
I already have the Active Directory ID identified in the document.
The end result I would like to achieve is an entry that occurs and retains
the history of each person submitting the form.
Any help would be appreciated.
