I am designing an Infopath form that will be submitted to an Access file on a
network drive.
The form will inlcude multiple sections, the two that I am struggling with
are:
1: A header section with employee details, purpose of trip, other details
2: A section where the details of each flight are entered
Ideally the header section would be completed once by the user.
Then for each flight, a repeating section would be completed.
This would then be submitted to the Access file when approved.
The problem that I am having, and I have used many of the available tools in
attempting to do this is that when submitted to Access the first line of the
records would include the employee (header) details and the first line of the
flight details.
Any lines after this would include the flight details but not the employee
details.
Is it possible, when submitting to Access, to have Infopath or Access enter
the employee details across all lines?
