document scroll options

Can the document scroll upward sooner than when it reaches the bottom of the
page?

No... Unless you use a mouse-wheel, or something like that to scroll the
window. (I can click a "side button" on my mouse, for example, then just move
the mouse up and down to scroll the window.)
