document scroll speed

I see there are two other questions requesting answers for this problem. The only answer I have discovered is to open the document in WordPad which has a very managable scrolling speed. But, I am still looking to correct the problem in Word.

Besides the ways presented to manually get "control" of your scrolling by
using the SHIFT and/or arrow keys, there is another way. Keep in mind that
it requires modification of the Registry and you don't know what that means,
you probably shouldn't be doing it! With that said, check this out:
