document shrinks & prints on 1/2 of paper.

Two possibilities come to mind:

1. Click on File | Page Setup | Margins, and make sure the "Multiple pages"
option is not set to "Bookfold" or "Two pages per sheet".

2. Click on File | Print, and make sure that Scaling is set to "100%" or
"No Scaling".

Also make sure that this is not caused by tracked changes or comments in the
document.

"Multiple pages" is set to "normal" and "scaling" is set to "no scaling"
but, while I was checking the scaling, I happened to click on "properties"
next to the printer and found "pages per sheet" set to 2. I changed it to 1
and everything is fine. Thanks for your suggestions - I never thought to
look in File | Print
