document will not open in print preview in Office XP

I have a document that ***will*** open in Office XP; however, the border
(image) part of the document will not open in Print Preview and it will not
print. It is a birthday greeting card with text and a graphic border.

The document will open in Office 2003 in print preview and it will print -
it just will not work in Office XP.

Is there a way to have it open in 2003?

Hi, dendinsd. Every printer has a certain amount of non-printable area on
each side of the page. These non-printable areas are larger in some printers
than others. The borders are probably placed too close to the edges of the
page for the printer connected to your Office XP computer. The Office 2003
computer probably has a different printer connected that can print closer to
the edges. The solution is to move the borders away from the edges of the
page, or print to a different printer, or print from the Office 2003
computer.

The document is well within the printable area as it is a small card that we
will cut out and fold. It still seems like the image would show up in print
preview??
