Document_open won't run if opening from browser to application

This is the only case that has produced me this very inconvenient feature. If
word document opens inside browser as embedded. Automating works. If word is
opened and then file open is executed works fine and if .doc is douple
clicked in windows explorer works fine but if word document is opened from
browser, so that it actually gets opened in real word not in plug-in I cannot
get Document_open() to run... Is there any way to get it work???
