Does anyone have a template for a business rate increase?

I am in need of a letter template for a rate increace to my customers. This
is in reference to warehouse rates.

Oh and note the spelling of "increase". If you spelt it like you spelt it,
then no wonder you couldn't find anything! Increase is *NOT* one of those
words that takes 's' or 'c' depending on whether it's a noun or a verb.

The Google search was successful because I typed in the correct spelling,
although Google will correct small errors.. there is no doubt that it is
better to be accurate first time around..
