Does msoffice 2003 has a launcher ?
I had the old msoffice 4.2 and it had a launcher [to launch
programs]

Hi Tony,

The MS Office 2003 editions no longer include the MS Office Shortcut bar (called the MS Office Manager (MOM) in Office version 4.).

You can create a toolbar in Windows 2000 or XP or use a 3rd party toolbar choice as an alternative.
