Does OFFICE 2003 have offline help at all?????

Does MS Office 2003 have offline help? I work for a large hardware company
and as a service engineer I am inside client firewalls with no web access so
I can get OFFCIE ONLINE HELP. What can I do?

it has some limited offline help - open help then click online content
settings at the bottom of the screen and remove the checks.
