Does Outlook Have Secret Notes Capability?

In Palm I had the capability to protect certain notes with a password to
prevent them from being read by others who might use my computer. Does
Outlook have a similar capability?

Yes, you can password protect the entire data file, aka your "Personal
Folder" To password protect your Outlook data files (per profile):

1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Open Mail
3. Click Show Profiles
4. Highlight appropriate Profile and click properties
5. Click Data Files
6. Highlight Personal Folders and click Settings
7. Click Change Password
8. Enter Password
9. Hit the variations of OK and Back until you return to the Control Panel.

The next time you open that specific Profile in Outlook the user will be
prompted for a password to unlock the Personal Folders. If a password is not
entered or entered incorrectly the profile will not load. Hope this is
helpful.

Thanks for the quick reply. Can any data in Outlook be password
protected?

If you use a PST, the entire PST can be password-protected, but that's as
granular as you'll get.
