I am trying to open dowloaded study files, I keep getting a error message
cannot open form becuse it requires domain premission and has currently
restricted permission "What do I need to do to open the study files"

I found the answer in the general questions and tested it.
In the Security scroll to find (Set the) allow access data sources across
domains )) this will enable the permissions.
