double emails

i was on my grandmas pc and shes using her hotmail
account on outlook express, its been working fine but
shes having trouble with it now. Anytime she receives a
email it comes doubles. Like if i send her one email ,
she receives 2. i was wondering if their a option to turn
this off or if this is a problem with hotmail. Any advice
would be apprectiated.
