Down loading service pack 3 is unsuccessful

I was working with Powerpoint and it switched off to submit an error report.
Then I was asked to down load service pack 3 . All my four tries gave me a
message in the end that the download was unsuccessful. I tried it by turning
off my firewall and anti virus but still it came with the same message of
download unsuccessful.

Are you choosing to Save when you download, or are you trying to use "open,"
so that it installs while online? I'd make sure to choose Save so it saves
to the harddrive. That *usually* works better.
