I am trying to revert back to Office 2000 Premium with my upgrade CD's but the install hangs saying that no valid Office program can be found. Any suggestions, please?

You need the application CD you used for the initial upgrade. Betas are
NEVER qualifying products for upgrades, especially for upgrade to prior
versions.

Yes, but you may find some problems with the uninstallation of the trial
version. Post back if you have specific questions after you do this.

| Milly,
|
| What if I have the full Office 2000 CD? I have purchased a new
| laptop with Office 2003 Trial version pre-installed, but I may not
| want to purchase Office 2003 at the end of the 60-day trial period.
| Will I be able to un-install the Office 2003 Trial version and then
| install Office 2000? Thanks for your help.
|
| Gregg.
