Download calendar error

In attempting to download a calendar template, which I have sucessfully
previously, I get the message "error on page" and I'm unable to download the
template. Help!

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
If this doesn't solve your issue...
For some reason, in the past six weeks or so, some folks are having problems with the
Media web site.
