I paid $3 for two office downloads, but the download did not complete. When I
tried to download it again, it wouldn't let me. And I did not receive any
confirmation email with the link. I do have the transaction number and
product keys. How can I resume or restart the download?

Did you get the web-site named that hit you?
Who sold you Office for $3?

That's how MS is "giving away" 2007 beta licenses.

I downloaded them with wget (via CygWin) using wget -c. There might be a
Win32 build of wget somewhere.

The URLs they bought are now somewhere in their browser history - and in
their confirmation e-mail.

I downloaded it with flashget. When I paused the download and tried to
resume, I kept getting an error message.

And I should have received a confirmation email from them, but I didn't.

Update:
I read a post about the FAQ link to the company in charge of licensing.
I emailed them and got a reply, but they still haven't sent me a download
link.
