"Download into MS project" does not work.

There is a process within project server whereby certain
people can select a project while connected to the Web
accessible client and have the Project "transfer" down to
the individual's pc into M/S Project 2002. This is not
working for me. I consistently get an error on the
project server side that says the project cannot be
opened when I try to "download into ms project." Does
anybody have any ideas?
