download template

Why can't I download a template from the microsoft site? I have Word 2002 on
my computer and it will not allow me to download a file (Word). I click the
download now icon and nothing happens. Please help!

Hi Kerri,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Word
problems.

Could you please tell us what led you to chose this newsgroup? We would
really like to know! :)
