Download time discrepancy.

Hi. I'm working with FP 2003 on a Windows XP machine.

On the "design" page, my download times @ 28.8 are
usually under 30 seconds. When I do a "site report",
there is a BIG difference. According to the site report,
all my pages are huge, like about twice as long as
the "design" page stats.

What can I do to fix this issue?

First of all, the times in FP are just guides and can't represent the web
And Design View Times don't consider many elements that View Reports Problems Slow pages do
