Downloaded PwrPoint2003 Template Wizard. Cannot start again

I downloaded the PP2033 Template Wizard. It started correctly, but I closed
it. How do I start it again.

I think I downloaded this -- or something like it -- once, but I can't
remember where it shows up in the PPT interface -- if at all.

It might be in your Windows Start menu.

If you have a link, someone would probably be willing to download it and see
if they can see how you restart it.
