Downloaded SP3 now Outlook asks for permission to access contacts

Just downloaded SP3 last night and now every time I try to send an email
using outlook, an Outlook dialogue box pops up and tells me a program is
trying to access my Outlook Contacts email addresses. Can't find any security
setting that will fix this (I just love the days of grief I get whenever i
load a service pack!), anybody come across this or got any ideas on how to
fix?

Are you trying to send from another application? Do you have Adobe Acrobat
pdfmaker installed? What version of Outlook?

No - trying to send from Outlook (2002) but do have pdfmaker installed.
